About Artopia and Flag Shop Victoria
Artopia was acquired by Flag Shop Victoria in October of 2024 upon the retirement of founder and long-time manager Karol Story. The organizations coming together have created synergy and continue the legacy of exceptional quality and personalized service. Our expanded team offers all of Artopia’s traditional services and more!
Flag Shop Victoria was established in 1988, operating as a franchise of The Flag Shop Vancouver / Textile Image, but upon their closure in August of 2024 we became independent thus allowing for expansion.
Flag Shop Victoria specializes in the production of custom flags and dye sublimated textiles. A vibrant retail shop at 822 Fort Street in Victoria serves all of British Columbia, widely shipping Canada, Provincial, World, Pride, Military, Novelty flags, and flagpole hardware.
